Capital Structure

EZZ has 47,173,200 shares on issue as at 31 December 2025. The current market price of EZZ is approximately $2.25 per share, and the current market capitalization of EZZ is $110.86 million. The cash position of the Company as of 31 March 2025 is $21m.

Novus Role

In relation to Novus’ role to the Company, Novus’ role in detail would be to:

• Advise and corporately assist the Company,
• Assist the Company in preparation of a professional Investment Presentation for investment roadshows to be undertaken by the Company,
• Assist the Company in any other investor related material for conducting investment roadshows,
• Arrange and coordinate the appointment of suitable professional service providers for the provision of a research report for the Company,
• Assist with any marketing efforts generally in relation to the investment roadshows,
• Promote   theCompany   on   theNovus   website   andthrough   its   networkof   authorised Representatives/Advisors,
• Accompany the Company on investor visits, and 
• Assist the Company with a view to increasing the Company’s awareness in the marketplace.
